What we collect
When you request a demo we collect the details you enter in the form:
- your first and last name, and work email address
- your organisation, its type and country
- how many learners you have per year, and how you would use the platform.
We also record the date and time of the request, your IP address and your browser’s user agent, to help us deal with spam and abuse.
How we use it
We use these details to respond to your request, arrange a demo and follow up about our platform. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries from organisations interested in our services, and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
We do not sell your data or use it for automated decision-making.
Who we share it with
Your request is stored on our web server and sent to our team by email through Amazon Web Services (Amazon SES). These providers process the data on our behalf and under contract. We do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires us to.
How long we keep it
We keep demo requests for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete them. IP addresses used to limit repeated submissions are kept for no more than an hour.
Cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site. It sets cookies and sends Google information such as the pages you visit, your browser and device, and an approximate location derived from your IP address. You can block these cookies in your browser settings or with Google’s opt-out add-on.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to have it transferred to you or another organisation. To make a request, email us at the address above.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
